https://metagamerscore.com/profile/9168 High profile player, which has suspicious unlocks on Portal with RTX One thing is that he has beaten the 6 advanced maps within only 1 or 2 minutes apart between unlocks, whilst the world record is currently standing at 5:13. and the other thing is that the unlocks of the bronze, silver and gold challenges which would take about an hour or so is beaten only 4 minutes after the advanced maps, which is basically impossible. I haven't looked at the rest of the games played with this user, but there might be more obvious inconsistencies within their unlocks. |

As far as I can see, this game is brand new. Some players report bugged achievements in the forums. Having no knowledge of this game, I can't say if these unlocks (odd, given the circumstances) are possible in some odd, but legit, way (bugs, offline play, maybe saves etc.) Also the achievements state "all xxx medals on all Portal challenges" which gives me the impression it is the same challenges (but feel free to correct me on this). In that case maybe he had like 1 left, completed it on gold and got the achievements? This user has over 30,000 Steam games so I can't check everything. But I did go through his 25 highest valued game completions along with common cases such as Left 4 Dead 2 and Garry's Mod (both are legit btw). He is definitely not using SAM. In case he is cheating (which I doubt at this point), he is using file edit or mods to do it. This is very hard and time consuming to prove and we will need at least a few confirmed cases to take action. Conclusion: Inconclusive at the moment. |

I randomly stumbled upon this thread today. I wasn't sure if I should 'bump' the thread or not, but just for clarity, Portal RTX wasn't cheated. I have already 100%ed non-Portal so I mostly knew what to do. I also utilized in-game console commands to do the entire game and its challenges quickly. I mostly used 'noclip' to fly straight to the end in the challenges, making all the challenges extremely trivial. |

As this was about you and I didn't conclusively ruled out cheating, I think it is fair to "bump" this with an explanation. Also helps us if we ever get a similar case. |
