Very odd indeed. I am a bit on the fence with this one but two things make me favor an invalidation 1) SteamHunters showing they unlocked clearly unobtainable achievements on multiple occasions (plus SteamHunters banning them) 2) the amount of odd SAM-like cases here on MGS (including those you listed) makes it unlikely they are all accidents |
